This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing HR Services team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional employee experience while supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Advisors and Administrators, overseeing the delivery of HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, managing operational performance, and supporting the implementation of key HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of HR Advisors and Administrators.Plan, prioritise, and manage team workloads to ensure service levels and SLAs are consistently achieved.Monitor service delivery, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.Manage first-line escalations relating to HR processes, policies, employee relations, and employment legislation.Oversee end-to-end payroll activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Support the successful delivery of HR projects and transformation initiatives.Lead by example, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.Manage the performance, development, and engagement of approximately six direct reports.Produce and analyse weekly and ..... full job details .....
