Your New CompanyHays are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Liverpool centre, that provides essential shared services support to a large global workforce and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and service excellence are highly valued. Due to increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Shared Services Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for 3 months minimum.(4 days on-site, one day from home). Your New RoleReporting to the Head of People Services and Transformation and working as part of a supportive HR operations team, you will play a key role in delivering transactional HR support across an international employee population.This role would suit an organised HR professional who enjoys process-driven work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable managing high volumes of administrative activity.Key responsibilities will include:Processing employee life cycle transactions within the HR systemSupporting onboarding activities and issuing contractual documentationProducing offer letters, employment amendments and termination documentationManaging employee transfers and changes across various business areasMaintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrityResponding to HR-related queries and supporting managers and employees with transactional processesSupporting the wider People Services team with HR administration and operational activitiesWorking ..... full job details .....
