This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.Reporting to the HR Service Centre Team Leader, you''ll provide a responsive and efficient HR administration service across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters and processing contractual changes to maintaining accurate employee records within our systems.About our roleDeliver a high-quality HR transactional service across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent experience for employees and managers.Provide first-line HR guidance and support, resolving queries in line with policies and service level agreements.Process HR documentation including offer letters, contract amendments, and employee record updates.Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and management information.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding customer service.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Service Centre.Develop ..... full job details .....
