We''re a trusted partner providing practical, impactful support.Key Responsibilities:Salary benchmarking, band development, and data analysisDesign/administer bonus and commission schemesPrepare bespoke employee benefits proposalsDevelop Board/RemCo papers for salary/reward changesManage hr inspire''s internal reward schemes and employee benefitsSupport auto-enrolment (e.g. NEST)Provide ad-hoc reward advice to HR consultantsCollaborate with benefit providers to deliver cost-effective solutionsSupport recruitment/onboarding processes for a key clientWhat You Bring:Strong technical knowledge of reward practices and legislationExperience with benchmarking databases (e.g. Brightmine, Croner)Commercial awareness and analytical skillsExcellent communication, ..... full job details .....
