HR Resourcing Advisor Location: Belfast Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week - Mon-Fri) Salary: £16.90 per hour Contract: Temporary About the Role: MPA Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced HR Resourcing Advisor (Band 5) on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team, contributing to the effective delivery of employee resourcing activities across the organisation. Working alongside the Senior HR Advisor, the successful candidate will help deliver a modern, professional and responsive resourcing service, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring that HR activities are completed efficiently and in line with organisational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Human Resources or resourcing function, strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Resourcing and Recruitment Support Support the Senior HR Advisor in the effective delivery of employee resourcing activities across the Housing Executive.
