This organisation delivers vital services across Northern Ireland and is committed to creating a positive workplace culture, supporting employee wellbeing, and attracting talented individuals who share its values.Your new role As HR Recruitment Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working within a busy HR team, you will provide recruitment administration support while helping to coordinate recruitment campaigns, onboarding activities, recruitment events, and reporting processes.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating recruitment campaigns from advertisement through to onboarding.Advertising vacancies and managing candidate communications.Liaising with hiring managers and providing recruitment guidance.Maintaining applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.Organising interviews, recruitment open days, and career fairs.Assisting with vetting and pre-employment checking processes.Preparing offer letters and contractual documentation.Producing recruitment reports and management information.Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.Contributing to continuous improvement projects and HR best practice.This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ..... full job details .....
