HR Recruitment Assistant
Location: LeatherheadContract: Temporary - 4 MonthsHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pmOverviewWe are seeking an organised and reliable HR / Recruitment Administrator to support the HR and recruitment function on a 4-month temporary basis. Based in Leatherhead, this role will provide essential administrative support across recruitment activity and general HR operations within a busy team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidatesAssist with onboarding processes, including contracts, right-to-work checks, and new starter paperworkMaintain accurate HR and recruitment records and systemsCoordinate interview schedules and liaise with hiring managersRespond to HR-related queries from employees and candidatesSupport general HR administration such as absence tracking, personnel files, and policy documentationEnsure confidentiality and compliance with HR procedures and data protection regulationsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentDiscreet, reliable, and professional approachAdditional InformationFull-time, on-site role based in LeatherheadWorking hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, ..... full job details .....
