Are you passionate about driving impactful change in the people space? Bridge Recruitment are looking for a dynamic People Projects Lead to join a reputable Manufacturing HR team and bring key initiatives to life - from enhancing employee experience to shaping inclusive workplace policies.
What youll be doing:
- Lead and deliver HR projects across engagement, inclusion, policy, and systems.
- Drive employee experience initiatives, including engagement surveys and action planning.
- Support diversity & inclusion efforts, from events and campaigns to data reporting.
- Optimise HR processes and systems for better efficiency and experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to align on goals, track progress, and communicate outcomes.
- Help shape the future of HR by supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
