HR Projects and Workday Specialist

As HR Projects and Workday Specialist, you will support the CHRO in delivering organisation-wide HR initiatives, with a strong focus on the enhancement of the Workday environment - to include Workday implementation, and optimisation, and day-to-day management. This role will play a critical part in driving transformation across the business, working collaboratively across functions and multiple European locations. Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Projects and Workday Specialist to support the CHRO in delivering organisation-wide HR initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday implementation and optimisation. This role will play a critical part in driving transformation across the business, working collaboratively across functions and multiple European locations. Workday Implementation and Management Support and contribute to the end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, and deployment. Provide hands-on configuration and build expertise within Workday modules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery. Onboard new businesses and countries into Workday with all the specifics this entails (data collection, EIB, change management).
