What You''ll Be Doing Drive Strategic HR Projects Lead and support a range of HR projects from planning through to delivery. Coordinate organisational change and transformation initiatives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful outcomes. Produce engaging reports and updates for senior leadership teams. Help implement innovative solutions that improve HR services and employee experience. Influence HR Policy and Best Practice Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies remain aligned with employment legislation and best practice. Research emerging trends and recommend improvements to people practices.
