We are seeking a hands-on, mid-range HR Project Manager to support a key transformation programme within our client''s business. This role sits within a fast-moving and sometimes sensitive environment, with a strong focus on organisational change, including redundancy programmes and associated HR activity. Initially it will be a six-month contract. This full-time, which offers a hybrid working setup, based out of the Nottingham office. Accountabilities:Lead and manage HR-related project workstreams, with a particular focus on redundancies and organisational changeDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structuresCreate and manage RAID logs, risk assessments, and issue trackingEnsure all documentation is robust, accurate, and compliant with internal standards and legal requirementsAct as a key point of contact for stakeholder managementNavigate sensitive HR matters Support consultation processes and work closely with HR and business leaders during organisational changeProvide practical, hands-on support across all stages of the project lifecycle Knowledge and Skills:Proven experience as a Project Manager within HR or organisational change environmentsStrong track record of managing sensitive HR projects, ideally including redundancies or restructuring Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and governance Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation, due diligence, and process discipline ..... full job details .....
