Key Responsibilities Lead the people aspects of organisational change and transformation projects. Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, risks and objectives are effectively managed. Support and deliver TUPE transfers, restructures and organisational design initiatives. Lead employee consultation processes and stakeholder engagement activities. Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law considerations. Partner with HR specialists and business leaders to deliver successful project outcomes. Identify and mitigate people-related risks throughout project lifecycles. Ensure change programmes are implemented smoothly and in line with business objectives.
