The business will be moving a product line from the Sunbury-On-Thames location to Towcester. This will enable Towcester to become the business centre of excellence for Motion products. The HR Project Manager will lead all HR activities related to this site launch, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and welfare arrangements for new starters. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition and readiness of the workforce for the new facility. Main Duties/Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Deliver recruitment for approximately 20 manufacturing roles at the Towcester site. Liaise with recruitment agencies to source candidates and organize interview schedules and recruitment events. Manage candidates applying directly via the website. HR Project Management for Site Setup: Project manage all HR aspects of establishing the new location, ensuring compliance and readiness.
