HR Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join an international organisation on a fixed-term basis, supporting the delivery of HR projects across a European business function.Client DetailsReporting to a senior HR leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, building stakeholder relationships and ensuring delivery against agreed objectives. Working across multiple countries and functions, you will support successful project execution within a complex and fast-paced international environment.DescriptionManage the day-to-day execution of assigned HR project activities, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.Coordinate project plans, milestones and deliverables, tracking progress and supporting successful outcomes.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance and business functions.Support governance activities, reporting requirements and project documentation.Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.Facilitate meetings, workshops and project updates, ensuring effective communication across stakeholder groups.Coordinate activities across multiple countries and functions to support project delivery.Provide HR expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Support European Works Council activities and requirements where applicable.
