HR Project Administrator

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering business in Hull for an organised and detail-oriented HR Project Administrator to support the HR Manager with an important HR records project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working methodically, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping information accurate and organised.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you''ll play a key role in a project to consolidate, standardise and digitise employee records. You''ll be responsible for reviewing hard-copy personnel files, identifying any missing documentation, and ensuring all employee records are accurately digitised in line with an established filing structure.

You''ll also provide administrative support with creating and updating employee contracts and other HR documentation as required.

• Review and audit paper-based employee personnel
• Identify missing documentation and flag any gaps in employee
• Organise, standardise and digitise personnel files in line with company

• Ensure all employee information is handled accurately and
