Community Employment Mentor Llaneli Contract £16.61 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Community Employment Mentor Seeking an individual to join the team as one of the Community Employment Mentors. They will form part of the local delivery team that will work across Carmarthenshire. The role will include supporting a caseload of participants who are unemployed or are classed as being in work poverty to overcome barriers to Suitable/Sustainable Employment. The role will involve mentoring clients and working with various services to ensure a holistic approach is given. The Community Employment Mentor will be expected to develop comprehensive individual action plans with clients and undertake further assessment and regular reviews as appropriate. This will include supporting individuals to address broad barriers to work, access to training, education, development opportunities and employment. The post holder will need to ensure equality, diversity, wellbeing, and sustainability are valued and embedded into services. They will be expected to keep records and client files up to date, and to liaise with partners as and when needed. Ability to travel across Carmarthenshire and work on a flexible basis, that will include weekends and evenings.
