People Policy and Projects Lead A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced HR professional to join its People team in a role focused on policy development, project delivery and continuous improvement. You''ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience by reviewing, developing and implementing people policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting organisational objectives. Alongside this, you''ll lead a range of HR projects designed to improve processes, services and ways of working across the business. The Role You will lead the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain legally compliant, practical and aligned with best practice. You will manage and deliver people-focused projects from initial planning through to implementation and evaluation. You will identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience, using data, feedback and insight to drive positive change. You will provide expert advice and guidance on employment policy and practice, working closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation. You will develop supporting communications, guidance materials and training resources to help embed new policies and initiatives. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across HR and the wider business to support organisational change and continuous improvement programmes.
