      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;19.43/hour | Type: Temporary | Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a HR Policy Advisor for an independent executive non-departmental public body based in Birmingham.    You will be responsible for the review, development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures as well as the effective management of employee relations casework and people related issues by providing advice and coaching managers to effectively handle casework and issues from start to finish.     You will manage the upkeep of our People Policies making recommendations for improvement and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.     Location:  Birmingham City Centre (hybrid, 1 day a week in the office, 4 days WFH)   Contract:  12 month contract   Salary:  -19.43 per hour (equivalent to c. -38,000 per annum)     Main Responsibilities    You will draft, revise and standardise HR Policies, guidance documents and toolkits.
