TXM Recruit are working with an established and growing multi-site organisation to help onboard a new HR Officer / HR Partner.We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees to provide practical advice, manage employee relations and support the wider people strategy.Salary - Up to 50,000 depending on experienceLocation - West Midlands, multi-sitePermanent, full-time position9am to 5.30pm with a flexible approach to working hoursCompany car and fuel card / car allowanceDuties and Responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and flexible working. Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development and offboarding. Coach managers on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to support recruitment and onboarding. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Produce HR reports and people metrics to support business decisions. Support employee engagement, wellbeing, reward and recognition initiatives. Build relationships with recruitment partners, training providers and other external stakeholders. Support and develop members of the wider HR team.
