HR Partner

Job Description Sysco (whose UK operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF and Medina) are currently recruiting a people-focused and engaging HR Partner to join our HR team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role partners closely with site leadership teams to deliver a proactive HR service that supports business performance, colleague engagement and organisational growth.As an HR Partner, you will provide expert guidance and coaching to managers across all aspects of people management. You will use people data and insights to identify trends, improve retention and attendance, support talent development and ensure a positive employee experience. Working alongside HR Centres of Excellence, you will help deliver key people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.This role is offering an on-site working contract at our Tamworth site with the potential of 1 day per week working from home, therefore candidates should be within a commutable distance.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Lead, develop and deliver people projects and initiatives aligned to the Sysco GB and Supply Chain and Operations People Plan.Partner, coach and challenge leaders on all aspects of people management to achieve successful business outcomes.Support and embed the full employee lifecycle in partnership with HR Centres of Excellence.Use people data and insights to identify trends, highlight opportunities and recommend solutions.Support recruitment ..... full job details .....
