      <description>Location: Tamworth | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to provide high quality HR support and advice across a fast paced operational environment. Working closely with operational managers and key stakeholders, you will build trusted relationships, coach and support managers, provide practical employee relations advice and contribute to wider people initiatives across the business.This role is offering an on-site working contract at our Tamworth site with the potential of 1 day per week working from home, therefore candidates should be within a commutable distance.The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, with up to date employment law and employee relations knowledge and experience working in an operational environment such as FMCG, foodservice, warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing or a similar setting.
