Job Description Sysco (whose UK operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF and Medina) is recruiting a people-focused and engaging HR Partner to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with site leadership teams to deliver a proactive HR service that supports business performance, colleague engagement and organisational growth. As a trusted advisor, you will provide coaching, guidance and challenge to managers across all aspects of people management, helping to create a positive and high-performing culture.We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements, which can be discussed further during the interview process. Due to the collaborative nature of the role and the need to build strong relationships with stakeholders, regular presence at our Grantham, Lincolnshire office is required, therefore candidates should be within a commutable distance. As part of a 24/7 operation, site presence is an important part of the role, but it also brings flexibility.
