Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role partners closely with site leadership teams to deliver a proactive HR service that supports business performance, colleague engagement and organisational growth.  As an HR Partner, you will provide expert guidance and coaching to managers across all aspects of people management. You will use people data and insights to identify trends, improve retention and attendance, support talent development and ensure a positive employee experience. Working alongside HR Centres of Excellence, you will help deliver key people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
