Whether you join us as a HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner or Senior HR Lead role, you will be passionate about people and able to demonstrate you can support day to day HR activities as well as support or perhaps even take a lead role in shaping our People Strategy. Our site based HR positions are hands on, you will be a key and visable member of the site team supporting organisational effectiveness, growing and developing our internal talent, supporting employee engagement and support change management activities across the site.You and your role: Business Partnering and HR Support Build effective working relationships with managers and key stakeholders to provide HR advice and support. Support the delivery of people initiatives that align with business and operational objectives. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Support managers in addressing people-related challenges and finding practical solutions. Ensure HR advice and decisions are communicated clearly, consistently, and in line with company policies and legal requirements. Employee Relations and People Management Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance issues.
