The HR Operations Team Lead is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of leading HR shared services teams through periods of change. You''ll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of HR Advisors and Administrators, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with HR policies, processes and employment legislation.
