HR Operations Partner

Ashley Kate HR and Finance are excited to be partnering with our very well established client in the Derbyshire area as they embark on their next 2 year plan to grow the business further. This is a unique opportunity to make this role your own in an environment of autonomy, joining them at a time for exciting plans to shape and grow the business. The role is Hybrid, with 3 days a week required in Matlock, and 2 days from home. (phone number removed) DOE. About the RoleReporting into the Head of People and Culture, Acting as the contact for the Operational Managers in the business, proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes. Providing comprehensive advice on Employee Relations matters, managing high volumes and complex cases. Development of policies/process. Support the delivery of the wider HR Strategy from a HR Operations perspective. Advising, mentoring and supporting Operational Managers with the full employee lifecycle, addressing skills gaps and areas of improvement across performance, absence, engagement. Lead in recruitment and onboarding with a focus on early careers. Working alongside the wider team and HR BP in supporting HR projects and rolling out of HR initiatives.
