HR Operations ManagerCirca £280 per day (Inside IR35)West London (Hybrid)Initial 6 Months With View to ExtendYour New RoleWe are currently partnering with a global education technology organisation, who are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to join their team initially on a 6 month basis. The role is a dynamic opportunity which encompasses a wide range of duties. You will oversee general employee relations, the implementation of policies and procedures, payroll, reporting and take on all general HR day to day queries. There is also an element of team leadership, with 1 direct report (HR Coordinator), who will support on all the the operational duties. Ensuring Your SuccessYou will have demonstrable experience within a HR Operations focussed position, ideally within a fast paced and changing environment. A true generalist background will be required, across ER, EE, Benefits, Payroll and the implementation of new HR policies and procedures. In terms of personality, we are looking for a true self starter, who is ambitious and looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing organisation. CIPD level 5 or above is a nice to have.In ReturnOther than a strong day rate and excellent flexibility in terms of working arrangements, you will have the opportunity to work in globally recognised organisation.
