HR Operations Manager - Permanent Belfast Join Northern Ireland Water as an HR Operations Manager in Belfast and play a key part in developing and leading continuous improvement within the HR Operations function and support organisational transformation programmes through the delivery of business-focused, HR solutions. What you will be doing in this role: To provide support in implementing HR and business change initiatives aimed at improving HR and organisational capability. To develop, monitor and implement HR Operations policies, strategies and guidance across the organisation, in support of NI Water objectives and values, working with key stakeholders and having regard to best practice, appropriate research and appraisal. To develop and sustain stakeholder partnerships, and provide senior managers, employees, trade unions and others, with high level advice, guidance and professional support on all aspects of HR Operations.
