A not-for-profit organisation are looking for a Permanent HR Operations Manager to join at short notice. The role is to support a newly established team, to develop high performance, strong employee experience and overall improvements. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description

A HR Operations Manager to:

- Provide coaching and development to a newly established team to develop high performance

- Develop SLA''s, KPI''s and a ticketing system to provide good customer service

- Strengthen team capability

- Coach and advise managers

- Ensure HR Processes are adhered to

- Support the organisation through a transitional period and partner closely with the Centres of Excellence

- Support the team to manage HR queries and prevent escalation

- Drive continuous improvement and develop new ways of working

- Improve employee experience and support with effective onboarding

- Ensure compliance standards are maintained

- Review HR Processes and provide improvements

Profile

A HR Operations Manager with:

- Previous line management experience

- Previous experience in delivering a strong HR Operations and shared service model to an organisation

- Support with SLA, KPI''s, and a ticketing system

- Open to sector background

Job Offer

Permanent HR Operations Manager

Up to -68,000 per annum

London based with hybrid working

Option to start at short notice
