HR Operations SpecialistOnsite - West Leicestershire (commutable from Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coalville and Tamworth) c£40,000p.a. - £45,000p.a. + benefitsLoom Talent are partnering exclusively with a business looking to recruit for a brand-new role based out of their site in West Leicestershire.This company is small but mighty and operate in the B2B world within engineering/manufacturing and partner with and supply some huge name brands in the industry.This will report into the HR Director and support a business or c200 employees on a growth journey over the next few years.Responsible for all HR policies and update in line with employment law updatesManagement and delivery of the business HR operationsHR process improvements business wideManagement of ER case work - disciplinaries, grievance, absence etcManagement of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and engagement to offboarding.Responsible for all data integrity and HR records (on the HRIS), and line management responsibilities to one HR AdminOpportunity to be involved in annual salary reviews, performance plans and general benefits administrationThe ideal candidate will have: -Experience in a similar role ideally with a focus on HR operationsWorking towards CIPD level 5 (or QBE)Confident with ER case work and UK employment lawExperience working in a similar environment (ideally blue collar)This will suit someone who lives locally to west Leicestershire, who is looking for a generalist role within a ..... full job details .....
