HR Operations Manager - Reputable Law Firm Full Time, Permanent 2 days a week in office (Hybrid) - 45K to 55K A renowned law firm based in the heart of Birmingham are seeking a creative thinker to help lead their HR team through their next phases of development and beyond! The successful HR Operations Lead will report directly into a Senior HR Manager and will oversee a close knit HR team will full strategic and operational management. You will have a proven track record within a HR Operational Lead or HR Team Leader role and love solving problems and coming up with solutions and more efficient ways of working.
