About the role The EFI Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Operations Manager to lead our HR data, payroll, people systems and recruitment functions, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant and insight-driven HR operations. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take the lead on payroll, pensions, contracts, statutory reporting and HR systems, ensuring the integrity of employee data and the effective delivery of key HR processes across the Group. You will use workforce data and analytics to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and organisational improvement. The role also oversees and develops the recruitment team, ensuring effective recruitment processes, accurate reporting and a high-quality candidate experience. This role would suit an experienced HR professional with a passion for payroll, HR systems and people data, who enjoys using insights to drive continuous improvement, inform decision-making and make a real impact across the EFI Group.
