Your new companyA specialist organisation is seeking an HR Operations Advisor to join its People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where HR plays a key role in supporting business growth, operational excellence and employee experience.Your new roleReporting into the HR leadership team, you''ll support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, with responsibilities including: Acting as a key user and subject matter expert for HiBob, ensuring employee data is accurate, up to date and compliant Managing employee lifecycle transactions within HiBob, including onboarding, changes and departures Supporting monthly payroll processes through accurate data management and reporting from HiBob Producing regular HR reports, workforce analytics and management information using HiBob and Excel Supporting compensation, benefits and annual salary review processes through the HRIS Responding to employee and manager queries relating to HR processes and system usage Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows and automation within HiBob Supporting ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, configuration changes and system optimisation projects Assisting with policy updates, compliance activities and audit requirements Working closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and maximise the value of the HiBob platform What you''ll need to succeed Previous HR ..... full job details .....
