HR Operations Coordinator

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic global manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR / Payroll Operations Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

This role is based in East Yorkshire and offers hybrid working 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between -33,000 to -35,000 dependant on experience.

As a successful HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for;

• Organising the day to day HR admin tasks
• Being the first point of escalation for our HR Admin team
• Work closely with payroll coordinator in collating payroll data, and supporting with the monthly run.

The ideal HR Operations Coordinator will have the following;

• Previous HR or Payroll experience within a desire to move in to a mixed, varied role
• Have a continuous improvement mindset, driving the team forward and ensuring deadlines are met
