As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a graduate HR Operations Analyst to manage the administrative lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.     Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include:     Co-ordinating the onboarding of new hires   Generating offer letters, conduct pre-employment screening, reference checks and right to work verification   Maintaining new joiner checklists, guides and induction materials   Processing promotions, transfers, contract amendments and leavers, using HRIS   Administering reference requests with third parties   Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in line with GDPR guidelines   Resolving queries from employees and managers   Assisting with data cleansing and audit activities   Liaising with external providers of background screening, benefits and payroll      As graduate HR Operations Analyst you will need:     A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university   Prior exposure to HR adm...</description>
