From supporting new starters on their first day to ensuring accurate HR data and seamless processes throughout the employee lifecycle, you''ll be at the centre of a busy and evolving People function.Working closely with colleagues across HR, payroll and the wider business, you''ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key processes while identifying ways to improve and streamline how HR support is delivered.The main responsibilities:Take ownership of key HR administration and operational processes across the employee lifecycle.Coordinate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring everything is in place from offer through to their first day.Manage offboarding processes and ensure employee records are maintained accurately and efficiently.Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation.Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring excellent data accuracy and integrity.Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing a professional and responsive service.Support recruitment activity, including ..... full job details .....
