This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a collaborative People team, supporting the delivery of efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while contributing to employee engagement, learning and wellbeing initiatives.  Key Responsibilities  Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers Coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding Support recruitment campaigns, including arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and maintaining recruitment records Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is up to date and compliant Assist with HR reporting, data management and ad hoc administration Support learning and development activity, including training administration and internal communications Coordinate wellbeing, engagement and employee experience initiatives across the organisation Provide administrative support to the wider People team, helping to ensure an effective and responsiv...</description>
