We''re looking for an HR Officer to join our friendly and collaborative HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional HR service, supporting managers and employees across the business while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities and projects. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, Senior HR Officer, Learning and Development Manager and Chief People Officer, you''ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding through to employee records, benefits administration and HR projects. The Role As HR Officer, you''ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employees and managers receive a professional, responsive and confidential service. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You''ll take ownership of HR administration processes, support recruitment activity, maintain employee records and play an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience from onboarding through to leaving the business.
