They are currently seeking an HR Officer to implement HR policies and procedures, coordinate HR activities, and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across their Maidstone site. The HR Officer will be responsible for contributing to a positive employee experience and ensure compliance with employment legislation, whilst collaborating closely with the HR Manager to align site activities with UK HR strategy including recruiting and onboarding.
