      <description>Location: Tipton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Officer The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a professional, efficient and commercially focused HR service across the business. Supporting approximately 300 employees across multiple locations within the utilities, infrastructure and civil engineering sector, you will work closely with managers and employees to provide expert advice across employee relations, recruitment, absence management, performance management, payroll administration and HR compliance. This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting managers with people-related matters and ensuring HR processes are delivered consistently and in line with employment legislation and company policy.
