      <description>Location: Bedford | Salary: 325.00-325.00 Daily | Type: Temporary | A public sector organisation based in Bedford is seeking a HR Officer whilst it is undergoing a period of organisational change and transformation within its People function. You will support the delivery of key employee relations and consultation activities, ensuring colleagues receive professional, timely and compassionate support throughout the process.This role will play an important part in supporting collective and individual consultation processes, maintaining accurate HR records, responding to employee and manager queries, and ensuring that all activities are managed in line with policy, legislation and organisational values.This is an initial 3-month contract position based in Bedford (very flexible hybrid working - twice a month in the office), with a daily rate of £325 per day via an Umbrella company (inside IR35).This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a broad range of HR activities and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting collective and individual consultation processes.Acting as a first point of contact for consultation-related HR queries.Manage and coordi...</description>
