HR Officer Kidderminster £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with strong generalist experience to join a busy and fast-paced environment, supporting all aspects of HR and payroll across the business. We are looking for someone proactive, ambitious, and highly hands-on, who enjoys being fully involved in the day-to-day operation and wants to make a genuine impact across the business. The Role Reporting into senior HR management, the HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a full generalist HR service across the site, supporting both managers and employees on all people-related matters. Key responsibilities will include: Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current employment legislation Supporting the HR Manager with HR projects and process updates Supporting the HR Manager with employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, investigations and performance issues Supporting recruitment activity including advertising, interviewing, onboarding and inductions Supporting the full employee lifecycle including starters, leavers, contracts and policy updates Supporting absence management and return to work processes Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees Assisting with training and ..... full job details .....
