HR OfficerAvonmouth, BristolUp to £35,000 (depending on experience)37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, with an early Friday finish at 1.30 pm!) or Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 4.00 pm and Friday 07.30 - 1.00 pm).The RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer to join a successful and growing organisation based in Avonmouth. This is a varied generalist role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle.Working closely with managers across the business, you''ll provide practical HR support, recruitment coordination, build strong working relationships and play a key role in ensuring people matters are handled effectively and in line with best practice. We''re looking for someone who is confident in their HR knowledge, enjoys partnering with managers and has previous exposure to employee relations matters as part of a broader generalist role.
