HR Officer

In this position, you will play a key role in staff recruitment, onboarding, compliance and ensuring all HR policies align with our commitment to providing exceptional care. To be successful in this role you must develop a clear understanding of Onecare business objectives and be able to devise and implement the plan of action to select, develop and retain the right staff to meet these objectives. • To work closely with Business development, HR and Care Managers, assisting them to recruit the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience. • Recruiting staff according to job descriptions and person specifications, posting job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates. • To contribute in developing and implementing policies on issues like performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, absence management. • Sponsored workers compliance according to ..... full job details .....
