Human Resources Officer Location: Hook, Hampshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (DOE) Our client, a long-established and highly respected specialist engineering services company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join their team based in Hook, Hampshire. The Role Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the UK business, supporting employees and managers while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters. Managing employee relations and providing guidance on personnel issues. Coordinating recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and induction processes. Supporting performance management, appraisals, and employee development. Advising management on employment law, salaries, redundancy, and HR best practice. Maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation. Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation. Supporting quality management systems and providing management systems assistance across the wider group where required.
