This opportunity will involve supporting employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR functions, while partnering with managers to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.The RoleAs HR Officer, you will work with both employees and managers across a wide variety of HR matters, with particular emphasis on employee relations, wellbeing, and engagement. You will deliver practical HR assistance, keep systems and records up to date, and play a key part in learning and development activities. This role suits someone organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within a wider HR team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for HR advice to managers and staff on employee relations matters, ensuring consistency and fairness.Guide managers through absence management, disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and performance concerns.Help deliver staff engagement and wellbeing programmes, including events and internal messaging.Coordinate training and development activity, arranging workshops and monitoring participation/completion.Maintain HR systems, ensuring all employee data is accurate and processed promptly.Oversee HR administration such as contracts, amendments to terms and conditions, and employee lifecycle paperwork.Assist with onboarding and induction to create a strong experience for new starters.Prepare HR ..... full job details .....
