This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with broad generalist experience who enjoys operating in a busy environment and is committed to supporting people-focused initiatives, operational excellence, and ongoing development.The main responsibilities:Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including preparing job specifications, posting vacancies, shortlisting applicants, and coordinating interview processes.Support the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring an effective and welcoming induction experience. Act as an initial point of contact for HR guidance, advising managers and staff on company policies and employment procedures.Assist with employee relations matters including absence monitoring, grievance handling, and low-level disciplinary cases, ensuring accurate record keeping throughout.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support employees throughout the full employment lifecycle.Ensure employee data and HR records are maintained accurately and compliantly in accordance with GDPR requirements and company standards.Provide support in reviewing, updating, and introducing HR policies and procedures where required.The ideal candidate:Hold a third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.Possess, or working ..... full job details .....
