The successful candidate will support HR reporting, employee lifecycle processes, and generalist HR activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the HR function.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel and other reporting tools.Produce regular HR reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and providing meaningful insights into people metrics.Support key HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.Assist with HR audits, projects, and process improvements.Support the administration of HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and internal banking requirements.Respond to employee and management queries, providing timely and ..... full job details .....
