What will you be doing as a Temporary HR Officer?Supporting the HR team with day-to-day HR administrationManaging and recording staff absence, including return-to-work processes and absence meetingsSupporting the onboarding of new starters, including contracts, personnel files, DBS checks and inductionsMonitoring probationary periods and ensuring relevant paperwork is completedSupporting the recruitment process, including adverts, applications, interviews, references and pre-employment checksDealing with staff queries via email, telephone and face-to-faceMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsSupporting payroll administration and providing relevant employee informationProcessing leavers and associated documentationSupporting family leave administrationAssisting with employee relations matters and providing support to the HR ManagerPreparing HR reports, statistics and documentationHandling sensitive and confidential information appropriatelySupporting HR projects and process improvements ..... full job details .....
