This is a hands-on and varied role offering exposure to all aspects of HR, with a focus on delivering high-quality first-line operational support.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to person for managers and colleagues, handling employee relations queries, coordinating recruitment and training data, and ensuring smooth payroll processes.
Contribute to policy development, HR projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Solid generalist HR experience
Strong communication, attention-to-detail, and organisational skills
Confidence using HR systems (iTrent experience is a plus)
A collaborative mindset and a passion for great service
